We've all reached a point where we truly don't know what to wear; will this suit me? Should I add more accessories? Sometimes we've even decided not to attend an event because we don't know what to wear or we're not happy with what we're wearing. Although many people see dressing as simple, I feel it's almost like a work of art. It's important to know ourselves, to know our bodies, and to know what suits us and what doesn't. Which clothes can highlight our best features? I invite you to discover how to dress according to your body type so you can choose the style that best suits your figure.
I also want to emphasize that we should all love and accept our bodies, and work towards what makes us feel good and what we like. Because there's nothing cooler than a confident and empowered woman. Fashion is meant to be enjoyed, and it's fun to innovate each season with options that bring out the best in you.
BODY TYPES
There are different body types, and that's why the first thing we should do is stand in front of the mirror and get to know ourselves a little better; this will make the task easier later when we have to get dressed.

RECTANGULAR
This body type is characterized by having very similar upper and lower dimensions and a straight waist, which is why the goal is to accentuate the waist. One of the main tricks is to add volume, either to the shoulders or the hips. Belts are one of our allies; they are garments that break at the waist and then fall to create volume.

TRIANGLE
When we talk about this body type, we're referring to celebrities like Alicia Keys or Jennifer Lopez. It's characterized by having more volume in the lower body (legs, hips, and buttocks). When dressing, women with this body type should look for pieces that draw attention away from their legs, adding volume or emphasizing their torso.

HOURGLASS
This body type is balanced; women with this body type have hips and busts of similar size and typically a slim waist. Therefore, we aim to accentuate their curves. High-waisted pants and high-waisted pencil or tube skirts are recommended. Opt for fitted pieces, but avoid anything too revealing.

ROUND
This body type is characterized by a wide torso and prominent chest; all parts of the body tend toward roundness. It's essential to wear soft, fine fabrics; preferably smooth and with a good drape. Short blazers are one of your best allies, as they help define the waist; it's also recommended to wear V-necks, straight dresses, and trousers with a slight flare.

INVERTED TRIANGLE
This body type is defined as having broader shoulders and back, while legs and hips are somewhat narrower; they are characterized by a less prominent bottom. The goal here is to minimize the upper body with dark colors and V-neck or crew-neck shirts. We should focus attention on lower garments, such as full skirts, prints, and flared pants.

TIPS AND TRICKS
We must be clear about one thing: nothing is set in stone, and therefore there may be variations on the points mentioned above. The most important thing will always be that you feel comfortable in what you wear, but without falling into monotony. We should take a few risks every day, trying out new things that suit our personality. I also want to add some tips and tricks that will be very useful and will help you when choosing your outfits.

SHORT WOMEN:
Two: Midi skirts are your best ally, as well as skirts that accentuate or highlight the waist; this type of cut will balance your silhouette and make you look stylish.
Don'ts: It is not recommended to wear over-the-knee boots or ankle-strap heels, as they visually shorten your leg and make you look a little shorter.

ADDITIONS:
Dos and Do's: Make the most of your long legs, and that's why over-the-knee boots will be your best friend. Another tip is to tuck in the front of your shirts and leave the back loose.
Don'ts: If you're very tall, avoid loose-fitting or shapeless garments. Very short dresses are not recommended.

SKINNY:
Two: The first recommendation I'm going to give you is to opt for dresses with ruffles or maxi skirts and use fabrics with large prints.
Don'ts: You should try to avoid using straight cuts, or very thin fabrics or fabrics that don't drape well.

CURVYLINES:
Two: Opt for solid colors and fabrics that aren't too thick—quite the opposite, choose pieces that have movement. High-rise jeans and straight-leg pants will greatly help to flatter your figure.
Don'ts: Avoid at all costs pieces that are too tight or too loose; you have to look for garments that are somewhere in between.

SMALL BREASTS:
Do': The Bardot neckline will flatter you a lot. Visually, flowy shirts or those with large prints will help to disguise that area.
Don'ts: Bras with a lot of push-up are not recommended, as they don't visually create harmony in the body. If you have a very small bust, very low-cut necklines are not flattering.

BIG CHEST:
Two: Try to choose clothes without prints, opting for plain fabrics. Open blazers are a must-have in your wardrobe. Look for V-neck tops; these visually lengthen your neck and make your chest appear smaller.
Don'ts: Stay away from very low-cut necklines, crop tops, and halter tops.
