What position are we looking for this time?

SALES ASSISTANT 26.5 HOURS (extendable) ACUS STORE SEVILLE.

This is a 26.5 HOUR SALES ASSISTANT position (extendable to 34.5 hours) , meaning face-to-face service in our stores with all the processes and tasks that this entails.

There are three shifts available for this position.

BASE SCHEDULE. This is the base schedule that appears in the contract; it is 26.5 hours per week and is the most common option throughout the year.
This schedule consists of two typical weeks, which are repeated alternately as follows: 1, 1, 2, 1, 1, 2...

EMERGENCY SCHEDULE. This type of "extra" (or supplementary) hours is applied in the very specific case of a colleague taking a sudden, unforeseen leave of absence (such as the flu). In these cases, the employee is switched to this schedule of 32.5 hours per week as soon as possible. It lasts only for the duration of the colleague's leave. If, for any reason, the leave extends for several weeks, we always try to find a replacement.

EXTENDED HOURS (peak season). At ACUS, as with all fashion brands, sales fluctuate considerably depending on the season. Therefore, during specific periods, opening hours are extended. This position is extended to 34.5 hours per week during these periods. The specific periods depend on each store's sales and the location's specific conditions. These extended hours are announced 15 days in advance, but it is generally known when they occur throughout the year: April Fair, Easter, Christmas, Black Friday, sales periods, etc.

DESCRIPTION OF TASKS AND REQUIRED SKILLS

OWN TASKS, CONTINUOUS TASKS.

The tasks to be performed will be diverse, and training/skills are needed in the following areas:

  • Customer advice.
  • Recording videos for social media, showing products available in the physical store.
  • Store cleaning tasks.
  • Sales and collections.
  • Visual merchandising, attention to the image of the shop window and display cases.
  • Restocking items.
  • Manufacturing of packaging boxes.

TASKS ACCORDING TO NEED AND ACCORDING TO THE STORE IN WHICH THE WORK IS DEVELOPED.

  • Help with order packaging.
  • Packaging assembly for the online office.
  • Various office tasks, coordinating with the specific needs of the ACUS online team.
  • Customer service: WhatsApp and web chat, sending photos of what's available in store and providing virtual customer support
  • Using Excel for customer data management

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Customer communication skills. Clear expression, empathy… ACUS is a brand where customers often request a lot of interaction and advice, so communication and interpersonal skills must be very high.
  • Knowledge of fashion, styling and image consulting.
  • Experience in customer service, dealing with the public and/or sales.
  • Ability to assemble packaging quickly.
