SALES ASSISTANT 34 HOURS ACUS STORE MADRID.

This is a part-time SALES ASSISTANT position , meaning in-person customer service in our stores with all the processes and tasks that this entails.

SCHEDULE

The position involves an average of 34 hours per week, although the hours are not the same every week. The hours are distributed between two typical weeks that alternate, as shown in the chart:

This is a long-term position; we are not looking to cover vacation periods or absences. We require a minimum availability of one year.

Immediate. No later than June 24.

DESCRIPTION OF TASKS AND REQUIRED SKILLS

TASKS YOU WILL DO

The functions that will be carried out will be diverse

✨ Main tasks in store:

  • Personalized attention and advice for clients
  • Sales and payments in store
  • Content creation: mobile videos for social media showcasing products from the store
  • Visual care of the store: shop window, display cases, order and cleanliness
  • Product restocking and presentation
  • Packaging box manufacturing
  • Customer service via WhatsApp and web chat (photos, recommendations)

🧩 Online office support tasks from the store (it's on the ground floor, you'll be in constant contact):

  • Packaging online orders and assembling boxes.
  • Various office tasks, coordinating with the specific needs of the ACUS online team.
  • Data management in Excel (simple format)

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Customer communication skills. Clear expression, empathy… ACUS is a brand where customers often request a lot of interaction and advice, so communication and interpersonal skills must be very high.
  • Knowledge of fashion, styling and image consulting.
  • Experience in customer service, dealing with the public and/or sales.
  • Ability to assemble packaging quickly.
