You'll receive a pouch to store your ACUS earrings, and inside the box you'll find a couple of extra silicone earring backs for those that require them. If there's an active promotion or discount, the pouches must be purchased separately here.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FOR ONLINE PURCHASES:

• 30 days for exchanges or 14 days for returns on all online orders (not in physical stores). It is essential that the protective seal remains intact to accept any exchange or return. Exchanges can be for a voucher with no expiration date or for another product.
• If you wish to make a return, we can send a courier (+€6.50 for mainland Spain or you can take it to a GLS collection point). The return shipping cost is €6.50 , which includes up to 6 pieces of jewelry and/or 2 handbags per package. If you exceed these amounts, €1 will be added for each additional handbag or piece of jewelry .
