It protects your shipment and then serves as a place to store your treasures. You can also buy it for €4.50 here.

All our ACUS jewelry arrives at your home protected with transparent packaging that allows you to see them in person and decide whether you want them or not. You can make exchanges or returns if you DO NOT open this packaging. Therefore, you can see them but not try them on.

You'll receive a pouch to store your ACUS earrings, and inside the box you'll find a couple of extra silicone earring backs for those that require them. If there's an active promotion or discount, the pouches must be purchased separately here.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FOR ONLINE PURCHASES:

• 30 days for exchanges or 14 days for returns on all online orders (not in physical stores). It is essential that the protective seal remains intact to accept any exchange or return. Exchanges can be for a voucher with no expiration date or for another product.
• If you wish to make a return, we can send a courier (+€6.50 for mainland Spain or you can take it to a GLS collection point). The return shipping cost is €6.50 , which includes up to 6 pieces of jewelry and/or 2 handbags per package. If you exceed these amounts, €1 will be added for each additional handbag or piece of jewelry .

• Returns and exchanges made in-store are free. Please fill out the form beforehand.
• The costs of the first shipment will be deducted from the refund amount.
• You can manage your return usingthis form.
• No changes or returns are accepted for personalized, pre-ordered, or custom-made products.
• Halloween gift boxes are non-refundable; only store credit or exchanges are available with payment of the difference and shipping costs. This also applies to any other product specified at the time of purchase.
• Discount points, if applied and returned, are lost as there is no refund of points.

EXCHANGES OF PURCHASES IN PHYSICAL STORES:

• Purchases made in physical stores are not eligible for returns, only exchanges for another product or a voucher without expiration date, provided that the protective seal (+€0.90) has been purchased and the earrings come in the unopened sealed box.
• The voucher is valid both in physical stores and online and does not expire.
